As CIO of the Student Roost platform—the UK’s third-largest PBSA provider—he delivered the acquisition, development, and financing of over 23,000 PBSA beds across the UK, culminating in a successful £3.4 billion exit to GIC in 2022.
Ricky is responsible for business development within Rosethorn with a focus on financing initiatives including capital raising.
Ricky has over 20 years of experience in both real estate and capital markets. Ricky has advised, structured and executed on both debt and equity transactions in excess of £10bn on behalf of family office, sovereign and institutional clients and recently helped establish the Build to Rent business within a leading UK pension reinsurer.
